As a service driven company that aims at greater customer satisfaction, Infoview’s practices have won accreditation through Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification and a Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI) certification.

ISMS certification was just a natural extension for us. It ensures that our organization designs, implements and maintains a coherent suite of processes and systems for effective managing information accessibility, thus ensuring the confidentiality, integrity
and availability of information assets and minimizing information security risks. As with all our management processes, we remain ISMS effective, adapting to changes in the internal organization and external environment. We also incorporate typical "Plan-Do-Check-Act" Demings approach to continuous improvement.

CMMI is a process improvement approach that Infoview has implemented to bring about clean and effective development process elements in the development lifecycle. CMMI guides our process improvement initiatives across a project, a project team and even the entire organization. In the past, CMMI has helped us integrate our home-grown organizational functions and has helped to set process improvement goals and priorities. But today, CMMI is used as a guidance framework for quality processes, and as a point of reference for appraising current processes.
