  In the current economic environment, leveraging existing talent will increasingly dictate the competitiveness of organizations. Talent, more than any other resource, will have disproportionate impact on value creation to customers. At Infoview, we consider people are our most precious asset.

Therefore, talent arbitrage-as against the prevailing cost arbitrage in onsite-offshore-nearshore models-is the key driver of Infoview's global delivery model. Its unique framework-known as Globally Integrated Virtual Environment (GIVE)-ensures that we support customers wherever they are, from everywhere by anyone (from our global talent pool).

Infoview sets up Development Centers wherever the talent is. Effective leveraging of Talent to deliver cost-effective solutions is our primary goal. Towards this, we setup distributed Mini Satellite Development Centers (in Tier-2/3 Towns) around major metros where we operate.
